Kak Pah Nasi Sup Tulang at Telaga Simpul

Hi people.

My line of work always demand a trip to Kemaman probably few times in a month depends on job frequency. I did shared some of my food experience in Kemaman & now here is another one. In Kemaman, on the way to KSB, there is a quite remote place ahead called Telaga Simpul. I don't know the history behind its name but it's a quite a nice place for you to take a nap during lunch time since it is by the beach. Not the type of beach with white sand & clear blue water though. Not much a tourist type of place anyway.

But here, there are a couple of small shop selling food during lunch time to cater the hungry workers from KSB. One of the place to visit for me during lunch time. Not because of the relaxing view but because of Nasi Sup Tulang. A plate of white rice, served with plain omelette (with diced chilies), sambal belacan & a bowl of Sup Tulang. Now, usually i'm not that big fan of sup tulang or sup ekor but i fell in love with this dish when i first eat it here. Not even the infamous Ani Sup Utara could beat this. The chunky beef was perfectly cooked, soft & tender with the soup is thicked full of flavor especially black pepper. The heat from it was amazing. If you guys are up for it, try to request their gearbox. It will be for free.

Nasi Sup Tulang (RM 6.50)

There are other shop as well next to Kak Pah's selling similar dish as well but mostly taste the same so no worries if the shop tables are fully occupied.
