Cowboy Food Truck & Little Fat Duck at SS15

For my previous entry on Little Fat Duck, please refer here.

After our first experience on Little Fat Duck, we have been planning to come back for more and we did just that. But this time, we try the nearby Cowboy Food Truck as well. To our surprise, Cowboy Food Truck dishes all sold out except for their wings & it was only 9:00pm when we arrived in SS15. Like, wow! Luckily our disappointment didn't last long as Little Fat Duck still have all on their menu.

The menu.

At Cowboy Food Truck, we ordered their Just Wing it which was 1/2 dozen of fried chicken wings tossed in either Garlic Parmesan or spicy BBQ sauce. Since our curiosity got the better of us, we choose both. The wings was fried in breaded full of crispiness & black pepper. Both sauce was delicious. The bbq sauce was sweet & the garlic parmesan was light & pleasing. No worries as the proclaim spicy BBQ wasn't spicy at all.

At Little Fat Duck, we tried their special Cheesy Chicken Mushroom Pasta & Chicken Confit. You have option to upsize the pasta if the normal portion is not enough for you.

Chicken Confit consisted of whole chicken leg on a bed of mashed potatoes topped with brown sauce. It was decent overall. The chicken cooked perfectly.

We tried the new Cheesy Chicken Mushroom Pasta. It was decent too, for a RM 5 pasta. Spaghetti covered in cheese sauce, slices of mushroom & chicken ham, few pinches of black pepper.

For sure we're gonna return for the rest on the menu. I managed to have a chat with Nizar, Cowboy Food Truck Rep. According to him, customer usually come as early as 7:30pm once the kitchen starts. Gotta keep that in mind.
